Chain Pilot provides a financial logic layer and middleware platform that enables intent definition, constraint enforcement, and transaction routing for autonomous AI agents. The Service includes APIs, dashboards, audit logging, and related infrastructure.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
- Circumvent financial controls or compliance requirements
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

You retain ownership of your data and intent definitions, but grant us a license to use them as necessary to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAIN PILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chain Pilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chain Pilot is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
